If such information becomes available, GAYCAMER® reserves the right to delete it without advance warning. If the same member repeats the action, GAYCAMER® may evict the offender without warning.
GAYCAMER® declines all responsibility concerning meetings between members and/or non-members following the use of its services. GAYCAMER® advises its members to take all necessary precautions when meeting other people for the first time. For example, it is recommended to meet a person for the first time in a public place (café, restaurant, etc…). We also suggest that you inform a close friend if you decide to meet someone in private.
For some GAYCAMER® services you may need to be a member. As a member you commit to providing up-to-date, complete and precise information. You also choose a username (screen name) and a password to protect your access. You are fully responsible for guarding the confidentiality of your username and password. You are also fully responsible for all activity which takes place on your account. Moreover, you commit to informing GAYCAMER® immediately of any non-authorised use of your account. GAYCAMER® cannot, in any circumstance, be held responsible for any damage caused to your person due to misuse of your account by a third party.
All fraudulant registrations may provoke the termination of the registration and therefore of the advantages and services linked to this registration. All use contrary to the current regulations could oblige us to suspend or terminate your registration or your subscription without warning and without the right to claim a refund for all or part of the sum paid for the subscription.
Certain services allow you to make public or to send in private your personal photographs. If you wish to use these services you must acknowledge that these photographs are your own property. On the creation of a photo account and/or the insertion of one of your photographs you will be deemed to have accepted their publication on the GAYCAMER® websites. If other people appear on one of your photographs, you must acknowledge that you have gained, in advance of their publication, the express authorisation of all concerned. Gaycamer cannot be held responsible for the breach of or lack of an agreement with third parties present in the photographs and you agree to take sole and total responsibility of any eventual damaging consequences of the publication of these photographs.
According to the current laws – the French freedom of information law n°78-17 of the 06 January 1978 – you reserve the right to access, correct and delete any information that you provide.
By creating an account on the GAYCAMER® websites you agree to receive information from our services only. If you do not wish to receive this information, you can delete your e-mail alerts by connecting to the site and going into “My account”.
You commit to connecting to your GAYCAMER® account at least once every 3 months. All accounts inactive for more than 3 months and not matched to a subscription payment may be suspended or deleted from our database without advance warning.
You may use the services offered by GAYCAMER® on the condition that you respect all existing legislation covering the country from which you connect, and that you respect all conditions of use. You must not use GAYCAMER® services for illicit purposes prohibited by the current regulations, or for purposes other than the assigned services.

- publish, post, download, record, distribute or disseminate any subject, name or inappropriate information, insulting to religious or ethical beliefs, defamatory, obscene, indecent, illicit, prejudicial, hateful, racist, or otherwise detrimental to human dignity or contravening any right, notably intellectual property rights.
- download to a server any files containing software or any other elements protected by intellectual property rights (or by civil rights, including the right to privacy), unless you hold these rights, have legal control or have received all necessary authorisation.
- promote, propose to sell or buy any goods or services with a commercial aim unless the proposed service expressly authorises such messages.
- restrict or prevent the use of the services offered on the GAYCAMER® websites by any other adult user.
- unless otherwise indicated, the services offered by GAYCAMER® websites are destined for personal, non-commercial use.
- modify, copy, distribute, transfer, disseminate, represent, reproduce, publish, grant under licence, create by-products, transfer or sell any information, software, product or services obtained from the GAYCAMER® websites.
- break any code of conduct or any other instructions which apply to a particular service on the GAYCAMER® websites.
- gather or collect, by any means, information relating to another person, including photographs or e-mail addresses.
- break the laws or rules applicable in France and in the country from which you connect.
- create a false identity for yourself or assume an existing identity with the intention of deceiving another person.
- introduce computer viruses or any other file or piece of information to the site with the intention of damaging or destroying software, material or equipment, or gather or stock personal information on other internet users.
Moreover, you should conform to the following rules of conduct with regards the entire site and in particular with regards the live chat sites:
- remain polite and courteous.
- be honest and sincere in your statements.
- respect the private life of others and the confidential nature of exchanges made on the site.

GAYCAMER® cannot be held responsible if these conditions are not adhered to and/or if the present regulations are not respected.
The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is authorized, even when using multiple e-mail addresses. GAYCAMER® reserves the right to use all means necessary to uncover the duplication of an account (comparison of profiles, photos, IP addresses, etc).
GAYCAMER® cannot be held responsible for the interpretation of the information contained on its websites, or for the consequences of its use. Certain services and/or contents offered by GAYCAMER® may be subject to a paid subscription. You certify that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you make available to GAYCAMER® or its partners responsible for the handling of the subscription and the collection of the subscription payment, are exact and true.
The subscription is open directly on-line on dedicated, securely encrypted pages for card payments. GAYCAMER® also offers other payment methods (cheque, transfer) for which your subscription will only be launched on reception and collection of your payment in full.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any moment. Nevertheless, the cancellation of your subscription or the deletion of your account does not give you the right to a refund of all or part of the sum paid for the subscription.
In the case of suspension of activity or the start of a collective process against GAYCAMER® or its eligible parties, you accept that you cannot request a full or partial refund of the sum paid for the subscription. You accept not to claim a refund of the prorata sum applicable between the date of the end of activity or the start of a collective process and the original end date of the subscription.
In accordance with article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you are informed that you have a period of seven clear days from the moment of a paid subscription to exercise your right of retraction, without penalty and without reason. However, in accordance with article L 121-20-2, 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of retraction can no longer be exercised from the moment you use the services to which you have subscribed.
GAYCAMER® reminds you of the characteristics and limits of the internet network and declines all responsibility of the consequences of your connection to this network.
More specifically, GAYCAMER® will not be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage which may be caused to your computer equipment and saved information, or for any consequences on your personal, professional or commercial activity, whether or not said consequences are attributable to the consultation and use of its services.
GAYCAMER® will not be held responsible if one or more users cannot connect due to a technical fault or any other problem linked to the overloading of the network or of its servers.
GAYCAMER® will not, in any way, be held responsible in the case of force majeure outside of its will and control.
We remind you that, for the purpose of computing and technical maintenance, there may be temporary interruptions in the diffusion of the GAYCAMER® sites, connected sites and/or all or part of the services offered. GAYCAMER® cannot be held responsible for these interruptions nor can these interruptions be considered a run-time error of our services.
